Awesome drawing! Believe it or not, a similar situation happened to me at Logan Airport in Boston less than a year after 9/11 when security was still really tight. My PA kept setting off the wand, and when I explained what it was I had to get strip searched in front of three security guards.
My experience was not nearly as sexy, but I turned bright red when the guard that was doing the actual inspection said to me as I got dressed, "I like your piercing. I've only got my nipples done." I could have died!
