R.I.P. Nujabes

Sorry to devote one full post for something totally unrelated but... One of my favourite "Trip Hop" DJs, Seba Jun a.k.a. Nujabes has passed away sadly enough last February and they have only disclosed his death last week. I'm a huge admirer of his works. He was a great producer that samples some really sick beats. Truly a great, great, great artist!... I never saw the day he and Kanye West collaborated together.

:(

If you guys have never heard of Nujabes or his music, you guys should check him out! If you're a hip-hop fan like me, you will find some of the best sampling of music ever remixed.

NUJABES
(February 19, 1974 – February 26, 2010)
May you rest in peace.

Reflection Eternal
(perhaps his most popular work--sampled off Noriko Kose's I Miss You)

Counting Stars
(as heard in Samurai Champloo--sampled off Jose Feliciano's "Affirmation")

Luv (sic) Pt. 3
(featuring rapper Shing02--sampled off Nana Caymmi's "Tens (Calmaria)")
